This corporate office builds on an interior language I previously established for the client, carrying that identity forward while refining it within a new space. The project allowed for a high level of trust, giving me the freedom to lead both the spatial planning and overall aesthetic direction.
The layout challenges traditional workplace structures through a fully hot-desking approach. With consultants primarily engaging clients in meeting rooms, I intentionally reduced the emphasis on individual workstations. The absence of screens and built-in storage keeps the space open, flexible, and visually uncluttered, supporting a more fluid way of working.
A key focus of the design is the range and quality of meeting spaces. Multiple meeting rooms cater to day-to-day client interactions, while two larger boardrooms accommodate more formal engagements. These spaces are defined by a considered material palette, including plywood tops and FENIX finishes, which introduce a balance of durability and refinement.
Beyond formal meeting areas, I incorporated a series of lounge and breakaway spaces throughout the office. These areas are designed to prioritise comfort, offering welcoming environments for clients, as well as informal zones for consultants to pause and reset between meetings.
The overall material palette is intentionally grounded. Neutral tones, layered with greens, create a calm and cohesive atmosphere while softening the corporate environment. This approach was central to my vision of the space, ensuring it feels both composed and inviting.
Ultimately, the project reflects my approach to workplace design: creating environments that prioritise interaction, flexibility, and comfort, while maintaining a clear and consistent design language
